IN THE PROCESS OF TIME

It’s ironic how this simple four letter words (t-i-m-e) makes or mars our precious life. TIME is one of the few words that have the longest and broadest meaning in the dictionary. Our life seems to pass on with the passage of time. There is this trickish and beautiful saying which goes thus “the end justifies the means”, that shows that this life we are living is a means to an end and what beautifully sums up this means is the “process of time”. Funny how what we give ourselves to ultimately ends up in what becomes of us.
As time can’t be reversed, it carries also vital aspect of our lives which can’t be reversed, funny how our so called life can be robotically influenced by this mystery word (t-i-m-e). What are we making of time OR what is time making of us………..
Funny how it is the same process of time that produced cult members (who later become a menace to the society) in our university undergraduates that also produced professionals in different course of study.
The process of time produced individuals who positively turned their world around despite the challenges it posed yet the same passage of time produced individuals in which the legacy they left behind was tears, pains and sorrow.
The eagle that soars with great pride, vigor and strength was once an egg, it all happens in the process of time. So, what is time doing to you or what are you doing to time. We might be subjected under the same condition but what ultimately determines our outcome is what we did in that “process of time”.
With time what made us cry today tends to be the basis of our happiness tomorrow.
With time, those arduous and tedious tasks today tend to be the basic task tomorrow.
With time, those high mountains today tend to be a stepping stone tomorrow.
With time, your outspoken enemy and foe today tends to be your secret admirer tomorrow.
And also with time, you can be on a spot as long as you wish to remain there.
It isn’t a basic or straight line phenomenon. It’s brought about by the choices made and our determination to bear its consequences.
